If Tesoro was making a production run of something like a Pantera on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and the next day they started making a few golden saber plus models, they just started w
ith the next serial number and there was not always a continuous number assigned to a particular model.
And as I mentioned, when they were transitioning from making one model to the next such as a Sidewinder to a Sidewinder microMAX or a Conquistador to a Conquistador microMAX, some of the first models had some of the glitches observed in the second models because they were kind of mixing up the circuitry they were using to finish out one particular model run.
The best way to know with any maker model about a potential problem is to check that individual detector.
