Monte,

I sold my Whites MX7, and with the money that I received for it, I just bought a Tesoro Bandido II Umax and a Tesoro Outlaw. So now I have 2 Bandido II Umax's, 2 Outlaws, 1 high tone Vaquero and 1 Mojave. Plus my Whites MXT Pro and MX5. So as you can see, I am a also a fan of Tesoro metal detectors. I really like the light weight and good balance that is easy on my back. Just for fun, I like to thumb the discrimination knob and try to guess what things are. From practice, I have gotten pretty good at determining what they are. I think that the discrimination of the Tesoros is just a accurate, if not more so than the detectors with a display screen. I think that I actually dig more good targets, because I am not relying on a display to tell me what it is. I make the decision myself whether to dig or not.

Detectors:
Tesoro Bandido II Umax (2)
Tesoro Outlaw
Tesoro Vaquero (high tone)
Tesoro Tejon
Whites MX5
Whites MXT Pro
Makro Multi Kruzer
Whites Beach Hunter ID
Tesoro Sand Shark
