The new Apex is light-weight; Easy to swing for long periods of time; Provides reasonably good depth and ability to sort good targets in mixed trash;; Easy to understand; Simple to Adjust; Ample and mostly non-confusing settings; Good clear display to see and interpret; Wireless headphones that work really well; Reliable for me so far when used where it's functional; Great build quality;
Needs to have some Accessory Coils offered for it, specially a smaller-size coil;, Has a Functional Iron Audio Volume control, and Hearable Iron Audio ----
just don't use the Iron Audio button selection when in the Zero Disc.mode. You need to have some Iron Range Discrimination for that 'momentary-use' control to be helpful; Target ID, both the VDI numbers and Disc. segment references, work well.
UtahRich: I'll let you know my thoughts and how it meets up to my expectations.-- Looking forward to your report. Just check it out for what it is on it's own and don't get too caught up in a comparison approach at this time.
