Tanks for the info, too. My Apex starts up at full Sensitivity and I only reduce it if there's EMI. I start up in Multi-Flex frequencies but often opt for 15 kHz or 20 kHz if needed in a noisy environment or, if after checking a few located targets, I feel they seem to work better. With my shift to more urban Coin & Jewelry Hunting my two Apex units are generally the most-grabbed devices when I get started. Coil choice is dependent of the site conditions.
