We're had several days of very rainy weather, some with thunderstorms, but tomorrow it will warm up and I hope to get out hunting early.. It will mainly be Apex #1 w/'Ripper' coil in use for most places I hope to work. Unfortunately, the very drenching rain storm we had has left a lot of yards, vacant lots and other places with water-puddle low spots so my site opportunities will be limited. A couple of the old house sites I planned to get access to that are dated about as old as the house I'm buying are in the 'water-soaked' areas.
Hopefully I'll be into the house in two weeks, and I'll try to work-in a little hunting time here and there while trying to get some cleaning, repairs and moving-in taken care of during the first couple of weeks. Once I get all the yard raked and clean and remove an above-ground pool, I hope to pluck some wheat-backs and silver out of there, left-over from its earlier days
(built in 1933).
What type(s) of places are you headed to tomorrow?
