A Wintery Road Trip for the 800

March 10, 2019 12:34AM avatar
EQX800, 11" Coil, Park 2, multi-freq, multi-tones, Iron Bias 2, Recovery 4 and I bounced up to 6 after lunch. Sensitivity 19-21 depending on the EMI. EMI was a big problem due to some overhead power lines. I bounced all over looking for a silent channel, I even went through all of the single frequencies and the chatter continued. No luck. So I kept the sensitivity lower and off I went. Ground is tough on coins in this place, so I'm adding these to the raggedy IHC I found a couple days ago.

Two Mercury Dimes, 42-D and 45-D, and a silver Rosey, 50-S. Three wheaties, 41-S, 45 and ???? And a gnarly trade token. Obverse Reads the business and Town. Reverse reads, Good For 5¢ in Merchandise at Retail. It's a very good token in not very good condition. Ah well.

It was nice to get out. thumbs up
