this is what i thought may happen too!..since the detector has limited adjustability, it would behoove one to just set it for "high iron bias" and (depending on one's mode preference) let the "internal" detector's adjustments suffice for whatever you are hunting for.in my settings would be set for coin most of the time with an occasional foray into jewelry, and also possibly making a custom profile from time to time.perhaps the user i referred to in the video, had some unusual soil or some weird settings that caused him to experience the "high tone falses on the iron, and he was unable to tell the difference due to lack of experience. thanks monte for your detailing your experiences with it so far.
