Not me. Not if we look at complete brand loyalty, I'm not the one.

Hey Rich who would of thought Monte would be minelabs biggest fan? Now Gregg has a little red pony too ha ha ha. All jokes aside glad to have them join us in the current times.
I have my Nokta CoRe and Relic devices for the nastiest of dense ferrous debris, and they will reign in their top position until someone comes along with something to defeat them. The Nokta / Makro Simplex + is also on my 'team' because or what it is and what it can do, it earned that spot. The Fisher F5 is also now a new member of my 'team' because it is different from their other offerings and it is-what-it-is and earned its spot as well The two Garrett Apex devices also earned their place on my 'team' for what they can provide me, and in all those cases it reflects an individual model or two and not a sweeping endorsement of all the manufacturer's offer.
The same is true with the Minelab models. I bought and used several Sovereigns, over half-dozen FBS Explorer series units, and they gave me three X-Terra models, in addition I acquired an Equinox 800, but none of those are around to show up for practice. There are only two Vanquish 540's that made the cut to be on my 'team'. That doesn't mean other models by these manufacturers aren't good, and I know some are. I only have so much wall space in my den. If there is any make or model I like, I don't hesitate to state such, and if there is a model that doesn't impress me, I also don't hesitate to explain why. Overall I am not a big 'Fan' of any brand because I haven't found one that doesn't have something in their line-up I don't like.
But for Minelab, the Vanquish series, especially the 540 and 540 Pro Pack, are offerings that I do like and would endorse them as being a worthy detector for many to consider if it is in their budget range.
Now OregonGregg might drift a bit close to the 'fan club' since he really liked the original Makro Racer because of the 'Red' color scheme, and now with 'Big Red' hanging around his place, he just might start a new collection of 'Red Detectors'. Makro Racer, Minelab Vanquish 440, and with cabin fever season upon us, who knows what shopping he might do while shut indoors? An old Teknetics Mark I Ltd., a Bounty Hunter Big Bud Pro, a TR-4 Geo Finder .... who knows what he could track down in the 'Red' category.
I do know there are two 'Big Red' 540's he's not going to get.
