Not wanting Minelab forum to languish, I decided to post a few pics showing some of my non-clad finds for 2020.
Almost all of my detecting was with the EQ800 and I didn't go through my log to remove anything specific
that is in photos but not Minelab found. My guess is that the F75 "could have" gotten nearly everything anyway,
but without carrying two detectors and constantly cross-checking..... who can say?? There were less silver rings this
year, no real gold, but lots of more or less interesting stuff. Lots of screw caps, crown caps, pull tabs, stay tabs and scrap aluminum, none of which makes the cut. I had several 14k marked rings and chains that turned out not to test as gold, that's always a disappointment. With the 1979 palladium class ring, I have still not determined the school that it came from for sure. There are 15 schools with the same name in the US and it's not a Michigan ring.
