Hunted Park

March 04, 2021 12:24PM
I sold my equinox 800 last summer and missed it. I decided to buy another one recently right before price went up. I used the military discount. Good deal.

Took advantage of the perfect weather yesterday and went to a park that had some buildings on it in the 30s, 40s. Equinox did not disappoint. Nothing crazy but I was working around plugs from someone else who recently deteced there. I found clad, 6 wheat pennies from 1920s to 50s. Play money 5 cents and a 1945 S war nickel. The war nickel was terrible out of the ground so I soaked it in lemon juice over night. First silver of 2021? Lol. Thanks for looking.

P.S. I was using 11 inch stock coil. Park 2. 5 tones. Recovery 4. Iron bias 0. Nickels i had come in at a high tone.
