Great report zincoln -
My daughter has had my 540 pro pack in California until last week - other than testing it in the basement, I haven't had a chance to put it through the paces. She's an enthusiastic novice.
I prefer some obvious tonal spacing if I'm separating various segments of the scale with individual tones. Tones too close together are difficult to sort in an area with a lot of conductive targets. It also helps to be able to diminish or increase the strength of volume of tones i may be more or less interested in recovering.
Congrats on the keepers that turned up. Some measure of success there. My experience with Minelab's multi-IQ is that low/mid-conductive targets, like US nickels, are easy targets at maximum depth.
