The one who will take care on customers quickly without a lot of horsing around?

I just got an Equinox 800 with both coils and naturally, knowing me, will use the 6" DD them most so it came out and the 800 got assembled. Then I was going to put the 11" DD in my .Accessory Coil Tote until fall park hunting and when I went to remove it from the box I saw a small odd-shaped black thing between the coil webs and thought it was a loose funny-shaped Minelab washer. It wasn't. it was a broken-off piece of the rod-mount rear on the coil!

I need to find out who the right person is to talk to to get the coil replaced without a lot of messing around. I don't need to play 'Twenty Questions' when we all know they had a serious issue with 11" coil ears.
