Kidding aside, i became an explorer xs fan back in 2000, then an etrac fan after that and currently am an 800 fan. I have 21-22 years of FBS / Multi IQ experience. So, yes, I'll be watching the roll out of the new Multi-IQ+ detector. If I do purchase one, I will quickly be giving it a nickname just so i don't have to use the names Manticore, Beast, or some other imaginary creature out of the Stranger Things series.

As for the immediate future though, i also have interests in gold nugget hunting / prospecting as well, purely at the recreational level. One thing I've learned is that there are only so many interests i can pursue at a time and still keep my world in some sort of order. So I'm doing some minor rearranging to see if i can work a PI detector into my detecting world without upsetting things too much. This will impact my small group of detectors. I'm anxious to see what I'll be using this next spring / 2023.
