Definitely not my preferred size search coil, but I have one mounted to one of my Fisher F44's, and since I am setting out on a coin-gathering mission this week, I'll be working as many tot-lots as I can find between now and Saturday and, with a lot of metal structures, it will be fun to see how the small and thin coil handles those playground challenges.
The rest of my urban Coin Hunting outfit is at-the-ready with a 6" Concentric or 7" Concentric coil to handle most of the work, but who knows .... Maybe this dinky coil will find a place for such hunt sites? Time will tell.
