However, if you like to get wet ... and hope that the AQ's innards don't ... I wish you all the best of success.
Me? I'll stay on dry land.

I do like to 'get wet'. Seems I've come to greatly enjoy the shallow water hunting aspect of detecting and I've decided o 'lean' that way for the next while. But there are a couple wrenches in the gears at the moment that need to be addressed.
Jill and I moved into a new home recently and I have a 1/2 acre of dirt that needs attention in the way of landscaping. I've been assigned landscaping / sprinkler / sod / garden duties which pull me away from detecting / exploring for the next few months.
Too, the State of Hawaii is a destination for a family gathering in a couple months and due to significant increases in the respiratory virus plaguing us all, Hawaii has extended their quarantine period out into our family vacation time. So exploring the beaches of Hawaii with a new Fisher Impulse AQ in hand is off the board as well.
Looks like I get a detecting hiatus for the remainder of the year. Hopefully, I can get the yard in place in time to salvage some late fall detecting. As for acquiring an Impulse AQ, it will have to wait likely until next year.
I will be popping in here and there to see what's happening as I can.
Best of Luck to everybody,
Rich -
