One problem I guess you could note with theT2 series is that FTP did not provide a real wide range of search coils for them. Now, that was not a problem for me, because I generally prefer smaller than stock coils, and with the T2 their 5" DD provided the dense trash handling I needed. That, combined with a very quick response of the T2, moved it to the top of my Relic Hunting detector choices for several years.

I still have a brand new 5 inch Double D on a spare lower rod in my accessory coil tote just in case I break down and acquire yet another T2 in the future. I'd be lost without it.
