All for these models, from entry-level price to a competitive selectable SF, are well-built detectors and have received excellent reviews from consumers in many foreign countries and some here in the USA.

It seems like most USA shoppers haven't been avid detectorists or just wanted an entry-level unit for a spouse or child or ??

But speaking with a V80 evaluator for the coming Quest detector, I am hopeful they will address some issues or questions and by summer we'll have another SMF to consider. It is an active and busy detector manufacturer and my sons and I are considering taking on the Quest line-ups because they are decent and affordable products.
