Falls down and hits his head? You do know that Monte has rules against posting when under the influence.

Well, Rich, ya might be right, could have been the dollar Keystone Lite nite at Bob's that did it, however, I noticed lately that I seem to experience more and more "Senior" moments. For example, when I get in my pickup to go somewhere I grab the lever shift in gear......and then realize I have the engine revved to over 6000rpm because it only made it into Neutral and not Drive.

I hit 54 this summer, so hell it's not always alcohol-related when ya get to this age bracket......sometimes ya just fall over. So I honestly can't answer your question.

With myself being a severely handicapped hunter that struggles mightily, I need all the help I can get.

Sometimes you can buy'm books and buy'm books....but, well.......I figured that was the whole reason that you acquired the Equinox 800. If you was standing in an area that had swingsets and trees you could go like " eeewww!!! and then press the little icon on your screen that had trees and grass. Or if you see seagulls, sand and crashing waves, you could go like"eeeww!! and press the little icon that has sand/ocean etc etc etc.

However, don't give up, there may still be hope. Nokta/Makro will soon be releasing the Simplex, as the name implies, perhaps this will be a better suited machine for you. If you are leaned over deciding on which one of the 3 or 4 buttons to push and drool hits the screen......no worries as this is also a waterproof machine. winking smiley

go check your headphones and detectors for any signs of problems and make sure you have enough AA batteries for the upcoming season.

Yep everything checks out and my machines are ready to go. I might have to stall off a bit before getting an XP. Tractor supply had a Black Friday sale on AA batteries, so now i have 160 of'm to have to use up.
