That ☆different☆ thing about these detectors is the different search coils and Selectable-Frequency options. On my ORX I mainly use and enjoy the 5X9½ DD HF coil and I have my two preferred custom programs saved with the operating frequencies for each that I like.

Before I had an X-35 9" coil, and used it a little but never worked out determining which frequencies provided me some of the better performance with that coil. Well, in acquiring my new-to-me device from OregonGregg, it came with the 9" X-35 coil. I bought a new elliptical HF coil from 'Kickindirt' and decided to hang onto the X-35 coil to complement it.

Here is where I would like some help from those of you who use an XP device with this coil for some frequency and setting suggestions for me to try. In sharing those, please explain why you like those frequencies you suggest. Thank you.
