It’s been too hot and dry here until the past week or so when we received a good amount of rain. I’ve taken advantage of that and have gone out a few times to a local “worked-to-death” older park. I found three silver Roosevelt dimes… a 1956, 1957 and 1948. I also found a worn 1893 Barber dime. A good amount of clad and some wheat cents were also found. I am very much looking forward to the arrival of Fall and cooler weather. One final note, you have to go slow and search methodically and be willing to dig some trash to find the good stuff!
