I am a loner and had to study on my own. I could not imagine that the inaccuracies of the selected settings could spoil the result very much.
It seemed to me that it was not I who was doing stupid things, but the device.
P.S. the execution of the detector itself is quite spartan compared to the large displays of digital instruments. Now it even pleases me, because digging is not a very clean hobby. But at first, while the detector was uncontrollable for me, it raised doubts and made me nervous.
