I discovered today that Ed Fedory passed away in November. this really sad news he was my favorite writer for western eastern treasures and I have an autographed copy of his relic hunter book because one of our friends from the club in Portland hunted with him and she told him I was his biggest fan. I adored his stories of his many relic hunts back east. he was a great one! I always hoped to hunt with him one day.

Cindy,

I saw this a few days ago and recollected reading many issues of Western & Eastern Treasures magazine. I also have one of Ed's books about Relic Hunting and thumbed through it this morning. Makes me feel like I'm getting old. My wife Jill will tell you that I will never make it past the age of 14 as I will always be a boy with an eye out for adventure. (I'm ok with that) I'm glad that we've have people like Ed Fedory that pointed the way . smileys with diet Dr. Pepper float Cheers to Ed.
