Any idea how the T2+ and the F75+ differ ?

Similar physical packaging to the Teknetics T2 series, and both work at 13 kHz but do not share search coils. Both powered by 4-AA batteries, and both can work OK, but from there the differences begin:

The F75's have a ferrous/non-ferrous break point at about '15' and also have Notch Discrimination. You have a few more audio tone options, depending upon which of the F75 versions you pick. They are an OK detector, having owned two of them, but as I stated in my T2+ post above, I don't like to use a lot of Tone ID choices, and I like 'Simplicity' far more than having more tinkering options.

I thought about getting another F75 but in h9nd0siht, the T2's worked okay for me before for general purpose hunting, and for more of the daily in-town hunting needs the only extra function I wanted was the 'bP' mode for more open areas where it's practical to try and achieve more depth. Thus the T2+ was the way I went. It's still useful in most of the iron challenging sites I hunt, and I still have my Nokta CoRe and Relic at-the-ready which provide superior handling of nails and other close associated nails and other ferrous junk.

I didn't need this model with the Outfit I currently have, but since I am thinning out several extra older or duplicate models, I figured I'd just reinvest a little on that income.smiling smiley
