desert dry in the Southeast Midstate Georgia,

even the rocks need water. we are bone dry. only the coastal areas 3 1/2 hrs away got hurricane rains. the leaves are falling brown, not even turning. 100 degree plus weather with days of high humidity makes it awful. we had a few low humidity days that were not so bad, but our real feel weather index with the humidity levels makes it feel 8 to 12 degrees hotter.

the dirt is so hard, all the un-watered parks are bone dry. water bans coming, outside burn fire bans and roadside fires already going.

I hate the fall because I work mon-fri 830-530. dark when I get off. the parks a non no after dark, ordinance or safety.

ya'll enjoy the weather you have. its brutal here.
