also what needs to be mentioned is that dealers in presenting "pictures"
of the phones on their web sites were showing the "made in sweet home"
silk screened on the phones themselves, as well as touting the lifetime warranty.
whites it seems did nothing to change this, and the phones continued to be advertised as being mede here, along with lifetime warranty, when in actuality, the phones are being produced in china, and was stated as such on the outside of the box when a buyer received them. a confusing dilemma to be sure! i bought
KNOWING AT THE TIME OF MY PURCHASE that they were supposed to be made in sweet home,AND they were supposed to carry the lifetime warranty.at 69.99 i believed AT THAT TIME,for them to be an excellent value because of the lowered (map) price, and the lifetime warranty.what I RECEIVED WAS pro stars made in china with NO warranty.i was going to get my money back but decided to keep them because they were giving me zero problems, and the audio was really very. very good as well...
sooo!,basically i got "sucked" in,but the phones have been really excellent, and i have zero complaints.
also, i got them for $69.99,NOT $119.95 which was the original m.a.p. price.in "hindsight"(which is 20-20), i admit i did NOT think beyond my nose, because if i had, i would have realized that for $69.99,they are NOT going to be made in "sweet home",and they were NOT going to carry a lifetime warranty.
(h.h.!)
