Re: To users of Simultaneous Multi-Frequency detectors: .thinking

Hi Monte,
I use both the Equinox 800 and the V3i, I will use multi frequency if possible but find that in urban environments they are sometimes subject to high levels of interference.
Choice of frequencies is driven by quietest, most stable operation, 20Khz seems to avoid the worst high voltage emi. I realize that I need to experiment more in the single frequencies based on site and target, I.e. 5Khz for high conductive targets, etc. just doesn’t seem to enter my mind when hunting and the machines are working in a quiet and stable manner thinking
