the city and county merger made it one entity and some laws conflicted and not worked out really. no real enforcement. city said no but was not enforced, i never did when i was cop. just stopped to chat curious on the hobby. no damage and they cleaned as they went. in the 70s they were mopping up on silver. responsible hunters. did not leave me much..lol.

i hunt discreetly and carefully, had a friend use an entrencher shovel recently but he was a woods hunter for years. i made him patch up and went behind him. next time he gets a plug cutter. a frisbee works well to set a plug in and contain everything. just watch out for playful dogs lol. a dog park was built in a great area, but now... ehhh to much doggie... ... know what i mean.

so its a grey area... just be discreet..when the park attendants there.. dont hunt.
