Oh, the visual Target ID. All my detectors, except the two Tesoro's, have visual Target ID. I seldom use it in many locations as I prefer to listen to the audio response.

Proper Ground Balance has big impact to accurate target ID.

Proper GB and accurate Target ID are tight inseparably related. This is how MD circuit works.

So if someone considering his MD Target ID inaccurate - first need to check his GB.

If GB is proper set, then we have 100 other additional reason (mostly unrelated to MD) why Target ID deviate.

Solution is, use Target ID for additional (funny) check only and go ahead with commodity of Tone ID.
