i did read up the Lakanto brand monkfruit sweetener golden is a 1 to1 sugar replacement i have to correct that it does have 4 grams sugar alcohol in the form of erythritol but its zero net carbs zero glycemic zero calorie keto approved. .. so 4 total carbs and subtract 4 sugar alcohols equals 0 net carbs. its a fruit extract with non gmo erythritol it does not taste like mineral metal like stevia. i have pure stevia that a 1/32 scoop it comes with will almost over sweeten a large coffee, and tastes like crap. this golden is fine, the classic white does have a little different taste but not like stevia. it has helped me come off metformin and satisfy a sweet urge.
some people do react different with sugar alcohols in the erythritol form, like the artificial can give you stomach issues so its a try it and see. check your sugar, see if you can tolerate it. i have no problem. wallyworld carries it or on line amazon. Lakanto .
the buddhist monks help find their chi with the lifestyles of their beliefs. i am Christian and i just like sweets and this is a healthier substitute for me. the only Chi i ever found was Cheetos, chili, en chi lottas and chicken ..... diet dropped me down from 7.7 to 5.4 but covid been badddddd and up to 6.0 after holidays but have gone back on track and using my new stock of monkfruit in my coffee.
May the last hole i dig be my own, and will a fellow detectorist cover me up. And you can have the pulltab!
