Fortunate ones we are indeed Monte.-----Patsy & I have metal detecting memories that are more precious to us than any precious finds we've ever made.----Those memories are something that NOBODY can ever take away from us!

like some folks I have met or heard about who never got into this fun-filled and interesting detecting sport until they retired or were already in the 'old' category. I think about how much they have missed out on, for so many years, of not enjoying the various aspects of metal detecting. It's kind of sad.

But for all of us 'older' folks who have been at it for a while to get to know it and enjoy it, we are the fortunate ones!
