today my oldest make the drive north to get me at 5:30 am in a snowstorm. Then back to the hospital in SLC, a bit late, and I got in the gown, had the IV started, and about 8 eyedropps in. Then the anesthiesolgist told me they were sending me home because my blood sugars were 401 and 412 which they felt was too high. Might not have a slot to book me in until February sometime. I just want to get it over with!
