Lately I’ve been having trouble posting to this forum, therefore I haven’t been able to answer some posts/responses in detail. I think I have it licked now.
Rich, nobody is “piling on”. From what was posted, one would infer that “the detector that couldn’t” was somehow inferior to the other. More details were warranted. Coil size, soil characteristics, local EMI and most importantly the detector’s configuration.
There are so many configurations possible with today’s machines that done incorrectly it can cripple its performance.
This is worth watching (until the end, for the explanation).
