Ppjast a few short comments:
I saw the Nickel test and it is a valid Test of a mid-conductive coin, in a challenging ground environmenr that I know well. Anything Andrew or Rich posts and it pertains to 'testing' I appreciate and it is useful.
As for Hot Rocks and Cold Rocks we encounter, we will have some different audio responses due to the search coil size and type.
Additionally, when hunting in a true threshold-based All Metal mode, if using a full-control detector, there is no need to deal with Negative Hot Rocks because we have the ability to Ground Balance so there are no significant Negative Hot Rocks.
Simple!
