I hate to once again sound like a grumphy old man shaking my first at the clouds but that one reason we are losing sites as most Newbee's use a shovel in a park like their YouTube hero instead of joining a club and learning the proper way to dig in a park and backfill their holes.
We had a couple clowns in are club who were kicked out as they refused to do it correctly. When I first joined I learned real quick how to do it properly. Today you even mention it on some forums and they jump down your throat like they are above being told what to do. It makes me wonder how they can hold down a job if they do not like being told what to do.
