Harold, I never use the word "dig" I use "retreive". Get with the new liberal wording!
It sounds "better", "cleaner" less aggressive.

And I don't "dig holes" I cut plugs.

There's always the few who ruin it for the many. Around here we still have permission to hunt parks albeit with a permit. The permit states "a knife with a blade no longer than 4 inches". Naturally I use something longer, and if ever stopped I'll explain why.
