Red Racer gets a "Farmers" Overhaul.

So I decided the current grip angle on the Red Racer had to go.......nothing like a good Vice and some brute force to fix something smiling smiley

*I prob recommend ya don't try this, might hurt your resale value* But I plan on keeping my Red Racer, it has some features I like....Simplicity & Performance.

Pic # 1 Here I have it in the vice and I just slowly applied pressure to get the handle to relax a bit. ( Note: the handle area should be covered in heavy material ( like old levi pants etc ) so the vice does not leave a scar )

Pic # 2 Once I got the handle relaxed, I then just very slightly forced the rod system forward to just get a slight bend/tweak were the rod comes out of the red housing (on the backside of the Display housing next to were the coil cable connector is)

Pic # 3 Is a close up of area that was tweaked coming out of the housing.

Pic # 4 Is a picture of the Red Racer and Racer 2 together to get a comparison.

It sure made a difference on the angles and now feels like swinging a Racer 2.
