Ever think of writing a book? ...thinking

December 02, 2016 01:15PM avatar
Started notes in '82.

Began typing (a real typewriter back then) in '84.

In '96 I bought a computer simply to finish up the book in a better quality look, but still using my hunt-and-peck two-finger method (one on each hand), but thought I'd check and see what all that newer-then Internet stuff might have related to metal detectors and detecting.

'96 to the present ... I've been a bit sidetracked with e-mails, PM's, phone calls, and most certainly responding to various Forums, and between work (sorry for the use of a 4-ltter word), hunting, metal detecting every opportunity I can, and being parked in front of the computer for the above mentioned tasks, the book has been a bit 'sidelined.'

I now have a table I am clearing off, and I've been gathering up all the older book material, including the original I had printed for editing purposes, and am backing off a lot of computer stuff this winter to gather up notes (modern times now) and hoping to have it ready by spring.

I am going t be open for any suggestions from Forum readers and others I meet as to what they would like to see in a book. Any particular topics to be covered? So I welcome any input folks might have.
