excellent thought monte! YOU FIRST!...i tried that approach a few years ago.!
was told to mind my own business! ..guy had a "strap iron". wasn't about to argue with him! after 35 + years in the hobby, i can honestly say the people who use inappropriate digging equipment, and damage parks and other public places do not care about what anybody thinks of their actions period
