ViewTainer for Coins, Buttons, Tokens and other small 'keepers.'
It's too cold at 2 AM to go get my gear belt and pouch out of the vehicle, but I'll do it later and add a photo.
One of several problems I deal with is having lost grip-ability and hand strength and the numbness issue, and that makes it hard to hold onto a coin or other small object and get a plastic bottle out of my pouch and try to unscrew the cap and drop the object in the small bottle opening and reapply the caps, etc, etc., without dropping it. It's also time consuming.
I use a White's gear pouch and it has a pocket or roundish opening inside for something like a water bottle. Instead, I have a ViewTainer, in there, and it has the pliable rubber end-cap with a slit so I simply push the coin, token, button or what-not in and carry on with my detecting. No fumble-time needed to use two hands to open a pill-bottle and fuss around with things. Then, at the end of the day or whatever, I can empty the container out. Very handy and spill-proof as well. Good finds don't get mixed in with the trash that is stuck in the main part of the pouch.
For a lot of urban Coin Hunting, especially making hit-and-run rounds with a 'Bark-chip Marathon' it can hold a lot of coins that you can quickly 'tuck in' as you scurry about. It would have been a nice item to have back when there were a lot of Club Competition Hunts, too. It's affordable and that's good for a useful detecting accessory / tool / container.
