Patiently worked a grid w/ORX and 5X9½ HF coil. Occasional Iron audio tone and a few that produced some radical flashing VDI's of 10 to maybe 33, All too low to even be a US 5¢. Did recover three of them out of curiosity and one was a 2" length of chain-link fence wire, one was a dish-shaped 4-hole button, and the third was a wad of foil. All were from 3½" down to 5" or slightly deeper.
I am about to consider my old yard to maybe have been hunted back in the '80s or '90, and also have some fill in areas as well as grass and leaf build-up. I won't give up on it, but I'm also not going to keep my hopes up of it being a wonderful surprise site with bountiful old coins. I was hoping it would, but this 1933 home was likely on somebody's hit-list.
Oh well, time to get busy seeking permissions.
