My cousin Gregg & I used to dig under all the seats in the impound lot back in the mid-'60s. A lot of silver!
There were two similar-looking old cars in Twin Flats and an I there highest town I used to hunt. The concept of try I ng to detect a lost coin in the seat area is close to useless with all the iron wire from the seats.
ED-120 Disc. I used Tesoro w/both a 6" and 7" concentric coils. Never found a coion in the vehicle, but I did chance on a Seated Liberty Quarter and Sested Liberty Dime maybe 6 to 9 feet from the vehicle. Likely ann old garage or parking area explains it.
