I'm curious to know if it has a full rim on the 82 cent. It's size should be restricted by the dies. so it would have to have been struck from a thick planchet that overfilled the dies somehow. I would be interested in seeing a photo if you can put one up. I have no clue on the 1918 unless it's possibly a too thin planchet. You could weigh it and see if it's correct for a copper cent.
