Congratulations! Indian Head 1ยข's are some of the better looking coins we ever minted and I've always enjoyed finding them. It's great to get a 'fatty' now-and-then, too.
Old cartridge cases and other period-related targets are welcome, but I enjoyed the array of Military Buttons. I used to recover 4 to 7 of them a day in my earlier years of hunting my favorite Utah ghost town, but, just like old coins, they sure trailed off over the years. In you case, this sounds like the type of site you'd want o revisit a few times, for sure.
Any comments on the settings you preferred with the Deus and 9" coil> I always like to hear about other's choices of detectors, coils and settings.
Best of success on your next foray afield.
