Yeah---that takes care of wanting to hunt up there in my area (Lonesome Arch).---Rain & more rain--then weeds galore!---It's been a weird, cold rainy Spring down here in this area---then the weeds and ticks come on like gang busters.

I think of Roger (Remfire) don't know why......kinda weird
Anyhow, yesterday headed up to Lonesome Arch and it was as expected, completely weeded over. I did find a few areas that had some whispy grass I could get my little coil thru. But after a few hours I decided enough was enough. Hopefully they will still put some cows in that area and graze it off, or I'm going to need a hot July and dry that stuff out enough to at least hunt some of the areas. I did manage a couple of finds.
I dedicate pic # 1 to Remfire
Pic #3 is how 99% of the sites up in that area look like now. Guess when I get back from Wells, gonna have to drag the fishing pole out for a while.
