So many things to do after getting home from 4 weeks on the road that I'm only now getting around to posting finds -- one with the obverses and one with the reverses.
Left side are
Tobar finds: Brass button appears to have initials 'PDC'. Ring is gold plated copper with some kind of artificial stone. Suspender clip (??) has the following on the back: PAT. MAR. 19.07 7.11.
Middle five items are from
Toano: Trade token was in a cinder (coke) pile in the region where the Chinese camp was located. The military cuff button is from the far (NorthWestern) railway dirt road just inside the far fence. 1880 IHP, dateless Shield Nickel, and twisted iron wire with arrowhead point were all from just NW of the hotel foundation. I have no idea what the wire-arrow thing is; maybe you can help....
Right side are from high in the
Colorado Rockies -- 1858 Flying Eagle cent and what I think is a miner's tag which would have been swapped on a pegboard outside the mine with a miner's nametag when the miner entered the underground mine.
I still need to do a bit more research on the buttons and the token.
