Those two are having a friendly 'challenge' for the days they are both there hunting to see who might find the oldest dated US coin. That 'challenge' or 'competition' is just between the two of them and I am looking forward to see how each of them do. However, I don't think we ought to let Gregg and Rich have all the fun, so .....

I decided to add one more fun thing for all the rest of us to do and that is to have a little 'contest; and I will write down my 'guess', and I will ask everyone else to write down their 'guess' and at the Saturday Get-Together Dinner we will open them and see who comes the closest. All we have to do is take a 'guess' of what date the oldest US coin will be that either of them finds to win their 'challenge'. They have to do the hard work of trying to find all they can to get the oldest coin, and all we have to do is make a single 'guess' and see how close we can come.

So when you get to Wells, look me up at Motel 6 to check in, and we will write down your 'best guess' and get it in jar.
