In my personal Detector Team I like my:
Bounty Hunter Time Ranger Pro
Fisher F-19 Ltd.
Fisher F'75+
Garrett Apex
Makro Racer 2
Nokta FORS Relic
Although useful for some urban Coin Hunting applications, my Relic Hunting sites are likely to have abundant Iron Nails and other ferrous-based debris. Therefore, while I can use other models that produce a full-volume target response, these models in my outfit all provide Iron Volume Adjustment to search with a reduced loudness from most Iron trash.
The only variant is that the F-75+ only offers a Low, Medium or Full Volume choice and only in 2-Tone audio. But I really enjoy using Iron Audio Volume for most of my hunting, and while I had it back in December of '14, I didn't use it much or often until I got my Relic prototype in Jan. '16 and have made use of it ever since.
I really like my F-75+ and the only real change I'd like to see is an Iron Volume adjustment that works in
all of the Disc. modes / Tone modes like the Relic and Racer 2 and Apex. The Time Ranger Pro and F-19 are 2-Tone only models.
Sure wish the FORS CoRe had that one adjustment function as well as a few other models I have enjoyed in recent years.
