Crotale Bells have been around a long time, of different designs, but we are more familiar with those like you found. Nice that it is in good condition and the 'pellet' is also intact and you have a choice display item.
You're also fortunate to have favorable weather and ground. Not where I am. Snow covered, warmed up to 25≈ at 1 PM sharp, and might top out two more degrees. Nope, no detecting around here for a while so enjoy where you are. At least for detecting. I hope you can get out again soon and see what other interesting finds await you.
