First, I think it is kind of ironic that somebody should find a NECKLACE pendant from one of King Henry VIII's wives as he had two of his X-wives beheaded. Seems that the necklace would have been somewhere close.
Second - while newbie detectorists often dig lots of signals that might be passed on by a more veteran detectorist, I think the primary factor with rookies making great finds is the locations they think of to hunt. They often think outside that BOX that more veteran detectorists can become trapped inside.
