Finally had a chance to get out to a local area, a park Monte & I hunted numerous times in the past, Cow Hollow.
Well gotta say we did a pretty good job in the past thinning out the coins. Went down a few hours, was cold , but sun was out and no wind so it wasn't too bad.

Started off using the Red Racer and 7" coil. Sure makes for a nice combo and think I'll just leave that coil on ol' Red all the time. Did manage to pull some pants rivets out of the trash, so it's good sniffing out targets. But they just weren't desirable targets

Also used the CoRe for a bit. Did get an old pocket watch, zipper and thankfully a nice marble. At least one good find to bring home lol even if I had to eyeball it.

The dogs loved getting out and lots of fun. Now if Spring will just get here so I can get into some of the old sites.
